Once my order is placed, how long will it take to arrive? 

We aim to process each order as soon as possible, however, it may take between 2-5 working days. Once the order is done and shipped it usually takes about 1-2 working days for Uk delivery and 10-15 working days for international orders. But in busier times of the year, such as holidays, it may take a bit longer.

How can I make changes to my order?

You can simply email us within 24 hours at [email protected]. Make sure you include your order number and the changes you want to make.

It has been a few days since my order was shipped and I still haven't received it? 

Although most of the orders arrive in the advertised time (2-3 working days for UK and 10-15 working days for all other countries), there could be some delays for various reasons, such as customs checks, busier times of the year etc. Please allow enough time for orders to arrive. If it has been more than two weeks after the estimated delivery date we would be happy to follow up and help.  

Are the cases made of plastic or they are soft gel? Do they get yellow over time?

All our cases are made out of hard plastic due to the printing process. We have noticed that the ink doesn't last as long on the soft ones. Additionally, with the clear plastic case, you won't get colouring over time the same way you do with the soft gel ones.

Are Dessi Designs cases heavy?

Our cases are made of thin but sturdy plastic that won't add bulk or weight to your device. 


Are the sides printed too?

The artwork is printed directly on the case, using special UV inks, which ensures its durability. The sides are left transparent due to the printing process. The final print has a nice smooth finish. Please note that on the more curved models there can be a slight fading on the edges, due to the way the case is produced.

I am not sure what my MacBook model is, how do I check?

Does Dessi Designs offer free shipping internationally?

Yes, we offer free international standard shipping for all orders.

I have a Samsung Galaxy series device (e.g., S8, S9, S10…etc), and there are multiple models for different carriers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon). How do I know which case is the right one?

Dessi Designs cases fit the international (non-carrier-specific) version of Samsung Galaxy series devices. Although your carrier-specific model may look similar to the international version, the device may slightly vary between carriers (particularly the shape and positioning of the camera) and may not fit our cases.

Billing 

What payment methods do you accept? 

Payments are done through PayPal. You don't have to have a PayPal account to pay. All you need is a credit card you would use at any other online store. Orders are ONLY processed if the payment has gone through.
