Refund Policy

Since every item is custom-made just for you, returns aren’t usually possible. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or looks very different from the product photos, please get in touch so I can arrange an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Returns need to be sent back within 14 days (for UK) and 30 days (for everywhere else) of delivery, and I kindly ask that you keep proof of postage in case the parcel gets lost on its way back.

Please do not forget to include a note with the order number and a short description of the issue and mark it as a "rerunt".
